Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal merchandise with periodic markdown steps according to sell-through to achieve sales targets
  • Arrange assortment and allocation plans for new seasons in coordination with headquarters
  • Map multi-functional organization (MFO) merchandise and provide feedback to HQ outlet team
  • Procure outlet stock in collaboration with HQ outlet team
  • Conduct regular outlet store visits to assess performance and execution
  • Rebalance stock and perform weekly distribution by seasonal merchandise and product category
  • Manage sell-through metrics by store and identify opportunities for further markdown optimization
  • Execute duty-free buy-back initiatives and inventory control at worldwide outlet merchandise level
  • Develop detailed sales plans by store, category, and timeframe using BOARD system
  • Create open-to-buy (OTB) plans and merchandising strategies by typology
  • Plan markdown sales and inventory levels to manage days of supply (DOS)
  • Conduct OTB reviews with General Merchandise Manager, Merchandising Director, and headquarters
  • Produce seasonal sales recaps by category and typology, including year-over-year growth and sell-through analysis
  • Generate monthly sales reports by category and store with sell-through commentary
  • Prepare weekly sales commentary and delivery status updates for seasonal merchandise groups
  • Participate in monthly calls with headquarters merchandising team
  • Conduct store visits with corporate leadership teams
  • Manage markdown and outlet price strategies to balance volume and margin

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (speaking and written)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or planning roles with international fashion or luxury brands
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in standardizing work processes to align financial numbers with other departments
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities with proven track record in coaching and developing buying teams
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
