Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare regular sales reports and support business analysis for offline stores (full-price and outlet) to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
- Conduct competitor and market research, track competitor activity and customer behaviour flows, and perform fashion trend analysis to support assortment planning.
- Support merchandising operations including sample handling (unpack, stock take, organisation), stock control and documentation.
- Coordinate sample logistics and layouts for events; assist the Merchandising/Planning manager on brand projects and in-store activations as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional communication with store teams, visual merchandising and inventory to maximise sales opportunities across China offline network.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort preparing numerical reports and dashboards; Microsoft PowerPoint experience for presentations.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and experience in handling sample logistics or inventory.
- Proactive team player with commercial awareness, curiosity for fashion trends and the Chinese retail landscape.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin; working knowledge of English is highly desirable.

Experience
Previous internship or entry-level experience in retail merchandising, planning, retail operations or market analysis is preferred. Practical experience with sales reporting, competitor research and sample/logistics coordination will be advantageous.
Education
Undergraduate or master's level study in fashion business, merchandising, marketing, business administration or a related field; current students and recent graduates welcome.
