Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a Media & Image Content Project Management Intern to support global content production, asset management and licensing workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of global content production projects from planning through final asset delivery.
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, milestones and on-set/post-production workflows (image selection rounds, retouching coordination, approvals).
- Track and deliver image assets across channels (OOH, print, paid digital, POS), ensuring format adaptations, crops and visual guidelines are met.
- Support image licensing processes by tracking usage rights, territories, timelines and contract-aligned deliverables.
- Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional communication with Creative, PR, Merchandising, Client Experience, Architecture and Legal teams.
- Prepare presentations, status updates and internal reports for project tracking and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
- Assist with operational tasks including purchase orders, invoicing tracking, supplier coordination and basic budget/timeline monitoring.
- Contribute to process improvements, templates and operational best practices for content and asset workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Media, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable operating in an international, cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian fluency and knowledge of an additional language are advantageous.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Genuine interest in content production, image management and luxury branding; basic knowledge of production workflows is appreciated.

Experience
Entry-level internship: currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme. Prior exposure to content production or image/asset coordination is a plus but not required.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Media, Visual Arts or related field (current enrolment or recent graduate).

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
