Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a Media & Image Content Project Intern (curricular) to support global content production, asset delivery and image licensing workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of global content production projects, from planning through final asset delivery.
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables and project milestones to ensure on-time execution.
- Contribute to on‑set and post‑production workflows, including image selection rounds, retouching coordination and approvals.
- Manage image selection, tracking and delivery across channels (OOH, print, paid digital, POS) and ensure format/crop adaptations.
- Support image licensing workflows by tracking usage rights, territories, timelines and contractual deliverables.
- Coordinate daily with Creative, PR, Merchandising, Client Experience, Architecture and Legal teams to align priorities and consolidate feedback.
- Prepare presentations, status updates and internal reports to support project tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with operational tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing tracking, supplier coordination and basic budget monitoring.
- Contribute to process improvements, templates and operational best practices for content and asset management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Media or a related field (Visual Arts is a plus).
- Fluent written and spoken English; Italian fluency and additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Genuine interest in content production, image management and luxury branding; basic knowledge of content production workflows appreciated.

Internship-level: currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme; prior exposure to content production or image/asset workflows is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Degree-level study in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Media, Visual Arts or related field (current enrolment or recent graduate).
