Role & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant systems to ensure continuous, safe operation.
- Support the Maintenance Team across Manifattura Veneta Pelletterie (MVP) sites in the Vicenza area.
- Assist the Maintenance Team Leader in planning and executing maintenance activities and downtime interventions.
- Coordinate with external machine suppliers and service providers for specialised repairs and preventative servicing.
- Record maintenance actions and support basic documentation and parts tracking using company systems.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (industrial/technical school or equivalent).
- Good command of Microsoft Office and competence in use of PC for reporting and documentation.
- Demonstrable mechanical and electrical/electronic knowledge.
- Strong problem‑solving ability with an organised, precise working method.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Practical experience in industrial or production machinery maintenance is required; prior work in a light‑manufacturing or leather goods production environment is advantageous.
Education
Technical diploma (industrial/technical school).
