Bottega Veneta seeks a Legal Specialist (Fixed Term) in Milan to support corporate governance, contracts and M&A activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage corporate governance matters for Italian and foreign group entities, including incorporation, preparation of minutes, proxies, powers of attorney and other corporate records.
- Support the approval process of financial statements for Italian and foreign group companies and ensure compliance with statutory formalities.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in Italian and English, including supply, services and consultancy agreements, leases and NDAs.
- Support intercompany operations by drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements and coordinating cross-border flows.
- Assist on corporate transactions — mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures — including due diligence, drafting transaction documentation and handling post-closing formalities.
- Monitor corporate deadlines and regulatory developments and liaise with external counsel in Italy and abroad.
- Provide general legal advice on corporate and commercial matters to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house experience preferred).
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven attention to detail, proactivity and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in the legal field, ideally with exposure to corporate governance, commercial contracting and transactional due diligence in either a law firm or a structured corporate environment.
Education
Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza or equivalent).
