Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble leather goods components into finished products following technical specifications and work orders.
  • Execute hand and machine operations required for stitching, gluing, edge finishing and component fitting appropriate to the product category.
  • Ensure every item meets the maison’s quality standards and appearance criteria before onward inspection.
  • Manage production timing to meet deadlines and throughput targets within the assigned scope.
  • Report non-conformities, document defects and collaborate with quality assurance and upstream preparation teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with health, safety and atelier procedures.
