Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble leather goods components into finished products following technical specifications and work orders.
- Execute hand and machine operations required for stitching, gluing, edge finishing and component fitting appropriate to the product category.
- Ensure every item meets the maison’s quality standards and appearance criteria before onward inspection.
- Manage production timing to meet deadlines and throughput targets within the assigned scope.
- Report non-conformities, document defects and collaborate with quality assurance and upstream preparation teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with health, safety and atelier procedures.

- Demonstrable manual dexterity and precision in hand-finishing and assembly tasks.
- Ability to read and follow technical sheets, patterns and simple work instructions.
