Bottega Veneta in Montebello Vicentino seeks a Leather Goods Purchasing Intern for a curricular internship supporting materials procurement and MRP analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support management of purchase orders and work orders related to raw materials for leather goods.
  • Conduct materials requirements analyses using the MRP system and by preparing detailed forecast analyses from planning files.
  • Assist with supplier expediting and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams—R&D, Testing, Production Planning and Quality Control—to share information and align on material needs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to senior members of the Purchasing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
  • Flexible, communicative and able to work effectively in a structured, fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Interest in luxury goods, leather materials and supply‑chain processes.
