The Leather Goods Operations Intern supports production planning and releases for in-house manufacturing and the related supply chain at Bottega Veneta in Montebello Vicentino. The curricular internship includes analysis and maintenance of technical data, weekly production-launch activities, and training on ERP, production and logistics processes related to raw materials.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing technical data in preparation for production releases for in-house manufacturing and the related supply chain.
- Support the team in managing production releases, including generating and checking technical data (routing and bills of materials) for the weekly production launch import.
- Update standard times in the company ERP system.
- Maintain technical data.
- Support the weekly production launch import for in-house manufacturing.
- Receive training from colleagues on the company ERP system and on production and logistics processes for managing raw-material orders and work orders.
- Provide daily operational support to the team's senior colleagues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or engineering.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good ability to plan and organise own work, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility, problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
- Aptitude for working in structured, fast-paced corporate environments.
- Availability for periodic business trips to the company’s various locations.
