Bottega Veneta seeks Junior Product Designer in Milan. Design store spaces and product solutions with 2–3 years' experience; €29,000 starting salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research new materials and tools to support design innovation and product development
- Develop creative solutions for pop-up and store design challenges in alignment with brand aesthetic
- Execute daily design tasks including research, visualization, 3D rendering, and digital modeling
- Assist in conception and development of three-dimensional spaces for events and artistic interventions across retail environments
- Maintain technical documentation, sample records, and design specifications for internal reference
- Collaborate with technical consultants and prototype vendors to refine design solutions
- Conceive and execute distinctive window display designs that reflect the brand's visual identity and aesthetic vision
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in product design or interior design
- Advanced proficiency with design software including Rhino, 3D Studio Max, KeyShot, Blender, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility and strong product knowledge with passion for architecture, art, luxury, and retail environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and their applications in luxury design
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects within deadline-driven contexts
- Detail-oriented mindset combined with dynamic, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
