Junior Producer and Art Buyer at Bottega Veneta, Milan. Support creative image production, manage vendors and budgets. €28,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Image team in developing campaigns and lookbooks, evaluating feasibility within timeframe, budget, and creative direction
- Manage vendor onboarding end-to-end, including supplier record creation and maintenance within internal systems
- Own the creation and management of Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
- Act as primary liaison between Image team and Legal and Finance teams for contracts, usage rights, clearances, and invoicing
- Create and distribute call sheets for all shoots and maintain pre- and post-production timelines
- Coordinate product selection for shoots and communicate requirements to creative direction and internal teams
- Execute art buying for projects as required by the business
- Ensure all external communications reflect brand voice and that Bottega Veneta retains ownership of all collaborator work through proper contracts and negotiations
- Manage delivery and receipt of NDA documentation with external partners
- Update and maintain production databases and project status documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production, art buying, agency coordination, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for creating and formatting professional presentations and project materials
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for budget management and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to working with creative teams across the full production lifecycle
- Understanding of 360 integrated creative work across campaign, social media, OOH, digital, and web channels
- Experience with risk management in production processes
- Fluent English language proficiency
