Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Modelleria department head and styling/product team in gathering information necessary for project development
  • Collaborate with the prototyping team to support prototype realization and address technical challenges
  • Assist senior modelists in developing patterns from technical and stylistic drawings
  • Input and update technical information related to prototypes and samples across development phases
  • Participate in technical information sharing with the Modelleria team and project progress meetings
  • Support model refinement and industrialization activities, preparing products for subsequent production phases
  • Verify product conformity against required quality and stylistic standards

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in pattern making, or recent graduate/diploma holder with training in leather goods and fashion sectors
  • Technical training as a modelist, fashion technician, or specialized Fashion & Luxury sector studies
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (Teseo experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated interest in product development processes in leather goods, including materials, leathers, and metal accessories
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Precision, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational capability
  • Learning orientation, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability for occasional travel within Italy
