Bottega Veneta Inventory Control Intern in Wayne, NJ. Support inventory management across Americas region. $17/hr, paid internship with academic credit.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing stock activities across all channels while maintaining adherence to internal compliance standards and maximizing inventory accuracy
- Support all inventory movements including stock adjustments, intercompany and intracompany transfers, returns, discrepancy resolution, purchase orders, receipts, and consolidations across retail and wholesale warehouses
- Run weekly reports on inventory metrics and generate KPI reports to analyze and track stock levels across regions
- Monitor and investigate negative stock on hands, intracompany in-transit inventory, and consignment items
- Support month-end inventory closing processes, in-transit reconciliations, and prepare sales and margin reports for all regions
- Coordinate execution of price events and adjustments across all channels, including data entry, securing approvals, and finalizing releases
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to plan, analyze, and record physical inventory results
- Assist with employee sales events and store openings
- Foster strong partnerships with Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams
- Support inventory-related annual audit inquiries
Qualifications
- Must be a student able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
