Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation and monitoring of security policies across offices, warehouses and production facilities to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Contribute to risk assessments, security surveys, business impact analyses and internal audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
- Assist with updates and reviews of the security framework, including crisis management and travel security procedures.
- Collect and analyse information to support security incident investigations and prepare related documentation.
- Coordinate security training programmes and other learning initiatives to strengthen the security culture.
- Provide administrative support to the Security team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Legal and Facility Management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, Business Continuity or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of Italian security and privacy regulations.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
- High regard for confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel.

Experience
Entry‑level internship: recent graduates or current Master’s students with academic or internship exposure to industrial security, risk management, business continuity or related disciplines. Prior internship experience in security, compliance or investigations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree in a relevant field (required).
