Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of offices, warehouses, and facilities with security policies and procedures.
- Promote and enhance the security culture through various projects and initiatives.
- Support risk assessments, security surveys, business impact analyses, and audits.
- Contribute to the update, review, and auditing of the security framework, including crisis and travel security.
- Collect information to support security incident investigations.
- Provide administrative support to the Security team.
- Coordinate security training courses and related learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Facility Management.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of Italian and/or security and privacy regulations.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience is required, though a keen interest in industrial security, crisis management, and organizational resilience is essential.
Education
Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
