Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management of company facilities, including buildings, offices, and plants.
  • Manage daily operations, maintenance, and control activities, while participating in expansion and improvement projects.
  • Coordinate architectural and technical projects from inception to execution for manufacturing spaces.
  • Supervise ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on buildings and systems such as electrical, HVAC, and fire prevention.
  • Monitor plant efficiency, plan interventions, and optimize management costs through coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Support the Facility team in contractor and vendor assessment, selection, and validation.
  • Assist in defining budget forecasts for maintenance and track OPEX and CAPEX with the controlling department.
  • Supervise construction planning and execution, ensuring quality delivery through on-site inspections.
  • Collaborate with RSPP/H&S Manager, Sustainability Manager, and Plant Managers on technical and organizational activities.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

Skills

Strong project management expertise. In-depth knowledge of building systems and processes. Experience managing plant systems in industrial buildings. Understanding of sustainability principles and international building classifications. Fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and project management tools. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Willingness to travel to various sites in Italy.

Experience

Extensive experience in managing industrial facilities and construction projects, with a focus on operational management and maintenance.

Education

University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
