Bottega Veneta Industrial Controller RTW position in Montebello Vicentino, Italy. Manage manufacturing costs and oversee COGS efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish oversight of industrial performance metrics (COGS, efficiency, variances) as a business partner for product categories and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze collection costs and prototyping expenses
- Support target costing activities and make-or-buy decision processes
- Participate in budget, forecast, and closing procedures
- Serve as a strategic business partner to RTW Development and Operations teams
- Analyze key variances between standard and actual costs
- Identify root causes of cost deviations and propose corrective actions
- Support costing initiatives and provide data interpretation guidance to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in industrial controlling and product costing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and SAP is advantageous
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving orientation
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial controlling and product costing within manufacturing or luxury fashion environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing cost structures, analyzing production efficiencies, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-driven decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale), or a closely related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
