Bottega Veneta seeks an HR Manager in Taipei City, Taiwan to drive strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational development for the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advisory to regional management in alignment with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations across the Taiwan region
- Develop and execute retention initiatives to support talent development and organizational growth
- Oversee annual performance review cycles, including salary administration, bonus reviews, and performance management processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes
- Support execution of headquarters and regional initiatives including sustainability programs, employee engagement, and employer branding efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor law and employment regulations
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic HR business partner or regional HR management capacity. Experience in a luxury, fashion, or multinational organization strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is advantageous.
