Kering's Bottega Veneta seeks a Human Resources Intern in NYC to support recruitment, HRIS administration, and HR operations. $17/hr, 32 hours/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination by posting open positions in compliance with company and legal guidelines, sourcing candidates, and facilitating meetings with hiring managers
- Execute HRIS and Excel-based tasks including data entry, reporting, auditing, and database maintenance
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications for new hires; compile findings for HR review and hiring decisions
- Collaborate with VP HR and HR Coordinator on special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
- Perform administrative duties including filing, resume database maintenance, and general HR support functions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for 32 hours per week in the NYC office
- Must be a current student able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
