Bottega Veneta seeks an HR Specialist in Seoul to manage compensation, benefits, and HRIS operations with payroll and onboarding support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review monthly payroll data including overtime, allowances, sales incentives, and related payroll items
- Manage time and attendance records, including annual leave administration and reconciliation
- Support monthly personnel cost closing, reporting, and forecasting analysis
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure alignment between local and global HR systems
- Support end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation management
- Participate in local and global HRIS meetings and provide system feedback and troubleshooting support
- Administer employee benefits programs and support annual merit increase and performance review cycles
- Update company HR policies and assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed
- Prepare internal and external audit documentation and materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR functions
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Labor Standards Act and local employment regulations
- Preferential experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Shiftee, or SAP

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, or HRIS administration, preferably within the luxury retail industry. Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
