Bottega Veneta is seeking an HR Intern in Shanghai to support human resources operations and employee relations activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners, and external partners
  • Provide daily HR activities and administrative support to employees while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws
  • Assist with employee lifecycle management activities from recruitment through offboarding
  • Support the execution of HR initiatives and projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
