Bottega Veneta is seeking an HR Intern in Shanghai to support human resources operations and employee relations activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners, and external partners
- Provide daily HR activities and administrative support to employees while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws
- Assist with employee lifecycle management activities from recruitment through offboarding
- Support the execution of HR initiatives and projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
- Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills
Experience
No prior professional HR experience required; however, exposure to HR functions or business operations through coursework, projects, or internships is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
