Bottega Veneta HR Intern, Hong Kong. 6–12 month contract supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with job posting, resume screening, and candidate communication across local job boards and internal platforms
- Schedule interviews and facilitate liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, workshops, and team-building activities
- Collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback through surveys and engagement assessment tools
- Create and distribute internal communications to maintain employee awareness and engagement
- Maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and special assignments as required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid work visa in Hong Kong for 6-month placements; visa sponsorship available for 12-month internships
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Experience
Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn HR practices and best practices in luxury retail and corporate environments; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Education
Currently enrolled in or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
