Bottega Veneta seeks a Head of Integrated Media & Digital Insights in Milan to lead global media strategy and digital measurement for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global media strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee integrated media plans spanning digital, search, print and OOH, and translate global campaign KPIs into regionally optimised approaches.
  • Own the global digital measurement framework, including funnel-stage KPIs, reporting standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Architect and maintain global dashboards and reporting cadences to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead advanced measurement initiatives (brand lift, conversion lift, store traffic studies, MMMs, A/B testing) and translate findings into strategic recommendations for media mix and investment allocation.
  • Serve as senior partner to global and local media agencies, driving agency transformation, pitching, contract negotiation and performance optimisation.
  • Ensure data integrity and correct tracking implementations across platforms and markets, maintaining alignment on privacy and data governance.
  • Manage the global media budget with rigorous forecasting, reconciliation and ROI focus in collaboration with finance and regional teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, CRM, eCommerce, Retail, Image and Production teams to integrate media within the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Monitor media, platform and market trends to identify opportunities for pilots, partners and test-and-learn initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive media/marketing leadership, with proven ownership of global media strategy and measurement.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and transforming media agency ecosystems at scale, including pitching and contract negotiation.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management within complex corporate structures; experience liaising with Group/Holding stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • Deep technical understanding of the AdTech/MarTech landscape, multi-channel evaluation and privacy regulation implications.
  • Track record of structuring and operating complex reporting cadences that bridge local brand demand and global performance metrics.
  • Strong financial governance experience with ownership of multi-market media budgets and forecasting.

Experience
