Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a Group Consolidation Manager to lead consolidation, KPI analysis and global management reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Bottega Veneta consolidation team to prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, management packs and required disclosures to the Kering Group.
- Own the Budget and Forecast consolidation process, issuing guidelines and coordinating inputs from regional controllers and shared service centres.
- Deliver KPI analysis and top-management reporting to support strategic decision-making across commercial, supply chain and industrial teams.
- Manage and drive complex, cross‑functional global projects related to consolidation, reporting and process improvement.
- Act as the primary finance business partner to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Control, Industrial Controlling, Regional Finance) and liaise with Kering teams in Paris.
- Define and maintain consolidation policies, controls and documentation; ensure compliance with reporting standards and group requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in consolidation, management reporting or group reporting, preferably within fashion, luxury or other complex multinational organisations.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); familiarity with Italian GAAP is an advantage.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑regional teams and interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; working knowledge of French is a plus.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines, prioritising multiple deliverables and operating in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in consolidation, group reporting or financial controlling, ideally within the fashion industry or other complex multinational organisations. Experience managing a consolidation team and interacting with regional and corporate stakeholders is required.
Education
Graduation in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
