Bottega Veneta seeks a Global Retail Operations Intern in Milan to support retail strategy execution and omnichannel excellence across the luxury brand's global store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the adoption and optimization of retail operations and communications applications by designing checklists, communications, and end-user support materials
- Maintain and update the repository of retail policies and guidelines; monitor AI Retail Assistant relevance and adoption
- Manage Bottega Veneta store listings on search platforms including Google and Apple Maps, ensuring accurate and current information
- Deliver data reports and ad-hoc analyses to drive adoption of best practices, enhance KPI communication, and support operational decision-making
- Coordinate omnichannel service initiatives including training animation, ticket tracking, and KPI monitoring in collaboration with support teams
- Monitor retail and luxury industry innovations and support pilot projects, including delivery of monthly innovation reports
Qualifications
- Eligible for a 6-month curricular internship
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Detail-oriented with proactive work ethic and natural empathy
Skills
Experience
Prior in-store or retail experience preferred. Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and retail operations is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education program eligible for curricular internship placements.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
