Global CRM Specialist at Bottega Veneta in Milan, Italy. Support global CRM reporting, analytics, and customer insights for a luxury fashion house. Starting salary €28,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global CRM manager with the extraction of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards and scorecards including main CRM KPIs and their analysis for internal and external distribution
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across CRM reporting by conducting regular data validation, governance checks, and performance monitoring
- Perform analyses on customer behavior, retention, client engagement, loyalty, and clienteling effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and business risks
- Communicate with regional teams and manage local CRM requests related to analytics and CRM system support
- Support the design and continuous enhancement of global dashboards and reporting solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities to innovate CRM and client analytics processes through emerging technologies, AI-powered solutions, and new visualization techniques
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Direct experience of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within a luxury company
- Extensive knowledge and experience with reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English; Italian is preferred
- Customer-driven orientation with excellent interpersonal and team-player skills
- Proficiency managing cross-functional teams including MIS, Retail, and multiple regions
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Curious, innovative mindset with eagerness to explore new technologies

Experience
Direct experience of 2–3 years in a similar analytical or CRM-focused role, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated success in managing global reporting initiatives, data quality assurance, and customer analytics projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Education
University degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating analytical and commercial acumen.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 28,000 per annum.
