Bottega Veneta in Milan seeks a Global Architecture Design Assistant to support retail concept development and 3D visualisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Global Architecture Design in the conception and development of creative design concepts for global retail environments.
- Design and develop custom elements, furniture, display systems and artistic interventions integrated within store spaces.
- Produce accurate 3D models, visualisations and design studies to communicate concepts and support decision-making.
- Conduct materials, craftsmanship and trend research to inform design proposals and material palettes.
- Prepare and maintain design packages and technical documentation to meet project timelines, regulatory approval and construction requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including visual merchandising, product, project management and external consultants—to ensure alignment with brand vision and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Degree or professional background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or related creative field (Architecture considered but not primary).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in product, furniture, exhibition or retail/store design.
- Demonstrable creative sensibility with an art-driven approach to spatial and object design.
- Proficiency in 3D software and visualisation workflows (see skills).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate visual outputs within project timelines.
- Fluent English; Italian is advantageous.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in design roles—preferably in product, furniture, exhibition or retail environment design—with exposure to luxury or high-end retail projects considered an advantage.
Education
Degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or a related creative discipline; Architecture backgrounds may be considered.
