Bottega Veneta in Vigonza, Italy seeks a Footwear Finisher to perform final shoe finishing and quality control at its atelier.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute final footwear finishing operations including application of insoles, cleaning and preparing uppers, pressing/ironing and final assembly/boxing.
  • Perform detailed visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure finished shoes meet Bottega Veneta standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the finissage area manager to respect production schedules and deliver required quality and timing targets.
  • Document defects and non-conformities and feed back to upstream teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an organized, safe and compliant workstation and care for finishing tools and equipment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years' proven experience in a footwear finishing role within the shoe manufacturing industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of footwear construction, materials (leather and textiles) and finishing processes.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

Experience

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Vigonza, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Padua.
