Role & Responsibilities
- Code models and compile, maintain and distribute accurate bills of materials to suppliers.
- Process and update prototype development data and ensure integrity of technical dossiers.
- Manage PLM system entries, amendments and routine data maintenance.
- Support the Design team by inserting and updating collection information on the system and collection boards.
- Attend meetings with external suppliers to resolve garment defects and gather required specifications (fabrics, accessories) and supplier package documentation.
- Coordinate prototype orders between the Product Development office and external suppliers.
- Provide on‑site support during production fittings and product approvals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of product development experience within the luxury fashion industry.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with design and merchandising teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, agile mindset and effective teamwork capabilities.
- Passion for product design and development with attention to technical detail.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands‑on experience in product development within the luxury fashion sector, with exposure to prototype management, supplier coordination and PLM workflows.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Technical Design or a related discipline preferred.
