Bottega Veneta Flagship Director in Seoul: Lead luxury retail operations, team management, and P&L for the flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of flagship store operations, including P&L, turnover, and profitability
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing team members; establish a high-engagement, accountability-driven culture
- Provide daily coaching, structured feedback, and individualized development plans to elevate team capability
- Maintain visible leadership presence on the sales floor and in VIP client relations
- Define and execute strategic action plans aligned with short, medium, and long-term business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs, sell-through, conversion, productivity) and implement corrective measures
- Develop comprehensive market intelligence on competitive landscape and local/international consumer trends
- Build and strengthen the client network to enhance loyalty and brand visibility
- Oversee inventory management and stockroom operations to maximize efficiency and align with business potential
- Represent the House at strategic internal and external events, embodying brand values and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 10 years of experience as Store Manager or in leadership of complex retail structures
- Fluent French (mandatory) and fluent English (essential); a third language is advantageous
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple stores in fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of local customer base and target market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and retail reporting tools

Approximately 10 years of progressive retail management experience, with significant tenure in luxury, fashion, or premium retail environments. Proven track record managing complex, high-volume retail operations and leading teams in demanding, fast-paced settings.
