Role & Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about luxury collections and fashion trends.
  • Create an engaging client experience aligned with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Build and maintain a diversified client portfolio.
  • Embrace a clienteling culture to establish long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client preferences and curate personalized collections.
  • Advise clients on styling with a creative vision.
  • Utilize new technologies to provide sales solutions.
  • Communicate stock availability and other relevant information promptly.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Excellent customer service attitude. High flexibility to adapt to various customer types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Commercial results orientation. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Understanding of fashion, art, and luxury. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Solution-oriented mindset. Experience

Previous sales experience in fashion and luxury environments is preferred.
