Bottega Veneta Finance Assistant, Seoul: Support financial planning, monthly closing, and reporting for luxury retail and wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support financial planning for e-commerce and wholesale business divisions, including CAPEX projections and depreciation planning
- Manage monthly closing cycles, including intercompany reconciliation with headquarters and the Shared Service Center
- Generate and submit daily sales flash reports and weekly/monthly retail sales reports to headquarters via SAS and Excel systems
- Review Esker invoices, coordinate corrections across departments, and maintain company fixed asset acquisitions and disposals
- Collect sales slips from retail stores and coordinate vendor voucher processing with the Shared Service Center
- Prepare monthly purchase requisitions and maintain company permanent files, including store contracts
- Maintain company-wide travel schedule files for budget and forecast cycles and submit Detail Plans in the BOARD system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative working style
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems such as SAS, GAS, and Esker is preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or operations within a multinational corporate environment, preferably in luxury retail or fashion sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
