Bottega Veneta is seeking an EMEA Retail Merchandising Intern in Milan to support merchandising operations across European stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting for directly operated stores across EMEA countries
- Support all routine and ad-hoc activities of the EMEA Retail Merchandising Department, with particular emphasis on ready-to-wear and shoes categories
- Coordinate continuous interaction with EMEA and country-level departments and key functions including visual merchandising and operations
- Process and prioritize requests from the store network to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor sales performance and on-hand inventory levels by country and store location to optimize seasonal sell-through
- Drive stock consolidation and reallocation initiatives to enhance stock efficiency and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare presentations and analytical documents for distribution to cross-functional teams
- Provide tactical support to the EMEA Merchandising team during buying campaigns
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Business Administration, or Marketing program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
- Passion for fashion and aesthetic sensibility
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities

Entry-level experience or academic projects demonstrating exposure to retail operations, merchandising, or business analysis preferred.
Education
