Role & Responsibilities
- Support the forecast and budget process by collaborating with various departments to collect and provide necessary information.
- Assist Finance & Business performance teams in calculating Retail Financial KPIs such as sales density and staff productivity.
- Contribute to the preparation of the monthly business performance review for headquarters.
- Analyze retail store performance, including ranking, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor targets and commission performance against last year and budget.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail and business analysis is essential.
