Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador across the EMEA region, delivering a differentiated luxury client experience via phone, email, live chat, social networks and virtual appointments.
  • Conduct proactive sales outreach to a curated portfolio of e‑commerce and retail clients to drive incremental revenue (cross‑sell, upsell, reactivation, launches and drops).
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through structured clienteling and personalised recommendations informed by client history and preferences.
  • Handle inbound client contacts with impeccable service quality and manage complaints and after‑sales procedures to preserve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the omnichannel ecosystem — online orders, in‑store operations, reservation and remote selling — to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Execute outbound contact campaigns in line with commercial priorities (exclusive previews, product launches, special events).
  • Accurately capture, enrich and maintain client data in CRM to enable personalised communication and support sales strategies.
  • Follow up promptly to maximise conversion and cultivate repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German, Italian and English (oral and written).
  • Professional experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client‑facing environments; direct sales or clienteling experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work to sales targets and to conduct proactive outreach and relationship‑building over time.
  • Excellent verbal storytelling, written communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and digitally literate with demonstrated CRM proficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles; previous exposure to sales and clienteling activities is highly desirable.

Education

No formal degree required; secondary education is expected. Tertiary studies in business, hospitality, luxury management or a related discipline are a plus.
