Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage retail and corporate architecture projects across the EMEA region, from feasibility through opening
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners including architects, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure design intent and brand standards are maintained throughout all project phases
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and reporting tools
  • Review architectural drawings and technical documentation for compliance and accuracy
  • Support procurement processes in collaboration with Store Planning and Purchasing teams
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to local regulations and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the global Architecture team to implement standards and design evolutions across markets

Qualifications

  • Qualified Architect or Engineer with professional credentials
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture project management
  • Previous experience in the luxury retail sector
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and technical design
  • Knowledge of local regulations across multiple EMEA markets
  • Fluent in English and Italian; French preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
