Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in organising and maintaining project documentation for multiple EMEA store projects.
  • Ensure accurate entry and version control of documentation in the internal database.
  • Prepare materials and presentation packs for project kick-offs and updates to the Worldwide Store Planning team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect required technical and commercial documentation.
  • Support layout modifications and drafting tasks using AutoCAD.
  • Track project work-in-progress and maintain timely update logs and status reports.
  • Provide administrative support for project procurement processes (raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices).
  • Draft and manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an Architecture or Engineering degree programme and available for a 6‑month curricular internship.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, team-oriented and strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; competent in preparing professional presentation materials.

Experience

No specific professional experience required; academic studio work, technical drawings or prior internships in architecture, retail or store planning are advantageous.
