Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize all e-commerce operations activities across channels
  • Coordinate product operations including masterdata management, pre-orders, and delivery logistics
  • Collaborate with OMS and Supply Chain teams to optimize stock processes and inventory management
  • Monitor stock status and inventory levels across bottegaveneta.com
  • Support day-to-day operational flows including backorders, faulty items, and warehouse issues
  • Serve as the global point of contact and liaison for all warehouses worldwide
  • Coordinate packaging, special projects, and product personalization initiatives
  • Establish and implement new operational workflows and processes as required
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal operational reports and performance analysis
  • Benchmark industry best practices and propose improvements to e-commerce and omnichannel operations
  • Cross-collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail, Back Office, and Client Service teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) systems
  • Fluency in English at professional level
  • Experience with OMS Manhattan and JDA systems (strong preference)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and best practices

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments whilst maintaining operational excellence.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 28,000 per annum.
