Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E-commerce team in enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities across Tmall, WeChat Store, and the company website.
- Generate daily sales and collection tracking reports for data support.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, best practices, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Manage stock, track deliveries, and consolidate samples for merchandise operations.
- Assist in product backend settings and e-marketing initiatives, including asset consolidation and CRM campaign proposals.
- Provide project support for 3D/AR and omni-channel projects.
- Handle administrative tasks such as routine payment invoices and legal document follow-ups.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous but not required.
