Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and rollout of seasonal campaigns across digital channels.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals between global and regional teams.
- Organize creative assets for various platforms.
- Support the preparation and delivery of content for the website, newsletters, and CRM tools.
- Maintain calendars and monitor consistency of launches across markets.
- Collect and organize social media and store imagery assets.
- Coordinate between internal teams and regional partners.
- Provide support during key brand moments such as shows, activations, and store events.
- Assist in tracking budgets, preparing documents, and coordinating with external partners and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Digital Communication, Project Management, Marketing, or Creative Production.
- Studies and/or project work in digital communication, image, or creative production is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

No specific professional experience required, but a background or strong interest in digital communication, image, or creative production is preferred.

Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in relevant fields.
