Bottega Veneta seeks an RTW Department Manager in Bal Harbour to lead sales, mentor staff, and drive luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the RTW department's performance, customer service standards, and brand representation within the store
- Drive sales leadership through active floor presence and achievement of sales targets for both the department and company
- Maintain comprehensive client records and execute client strategies to cultivate lifetime loyalty and increased spend
- Ensure the department maximizes business potential in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach sales team members to develop competencies and drive both individual and department-wide sales performance
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing RTW department staff
- Ensure strict compliance with Bottega Veneta's operational procedures and brand standards in partnership with back-office teams
- Uphold the brand's service values through exceptional customer engagement and professional relationship management
- Execute operational functions including department opening and closing procedures, stock management, and back-office administrative tasks
- Curate elevated experiences for top clients by introducing RTW collections in partnership with the NY Residence Manager
- Strengthen RTW business performance by integrating footwear into curated full-silhouette styling and enhancing cross-selling capabilities across sales teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within the luxury sector
- Demonstrated expertise in Ready-to-Wear collections and product knowledge
- Refined aesthetic sensibility with expertise in silhouette analysis and full-look styling
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring retail sales teams
- Strong results-driven mindset with documented ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual capabilities (preferred)
