Bottega Veneta hiring Department/Floor Manager in Shenzhen, China. Lead retail operations and luxury client experiences for the iconic Italian fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all operational activities within the assigned department or floor to deliver a unique client experience
- Collaborate with the store manager and assistant store manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Implement and maintain loss prevention protocols and compliance standards
- Oversee human resources management activities including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching
- Direct visual merchandising presentation to align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns
- Guide and supervise sales team members to enhance client relationships and sales performance
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation standards
- Act as a visible brand representative and escalation point for client concerns
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, ideally within luxury retail or fashion environments
- Strong operational and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of loss prevention and compliance procedures
- Experience with visual merchandising and retail floor presentation
- Ability to develop and mentor retail staff

Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail, with progressive responsibility in floor or department operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
