Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SKU-level sales forecasts by market in partnership with regional teams.
- Translate demand forecasts into order plans that align with sales targets and stock objectives.
- Construct sales plans by product family, distinguishing seasonal, carryover and still-valid assortments.
- Collaborate with Retail and Collection Merchandising to align carryover assortments with seasonal collections and define selling-campaign orders and targets.
- Monitor production progress and delivery timelines; coordinate with Production and Procurement to manage priorities, early deliveries, and delays.
- Analyze historical trends, seasonality, collection performance and commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
- Track and report key KPIs such as stock coverage and forecast accuracy; propose corrective actions to mitigate shortages or overstock.
- Assess the impact of delivery changes on sales, stock levels and allocations and ensure continuous alignment between order planning, production capacity and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Planning roles within structured fashion or retail organisations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of collection processes, seasonality and fashion industry dynamics.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with commercial, merchandising and production stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise planning systems.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in demand planning, supply chain planning, or related planning functions within fashion or retail environments, with hands-on responsibility for SKU-level forecasting, order planning and production coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; advanced training in forecasting/S&OP or supply-chain analytics is a plus.
