Role & Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement with CRM data, tools, and insights.
  • Assist with direct marketing and clienteling initiatives.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights development.
  • Participate in data quality management activities.
  • Aid in email marketing validations and requests.
  • Support clienteling campaigns by pulling client lists and managing asset requests.
  • Assist with troubleshooting for the Luce application.
  • Engage in ad-hoc seasonal projects and support in-store activations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to receive academic credit for the internship.
  • Availability to work 24 hours per week.

Skills

Detail-oriented and task-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic SQL skills or interest is advantageous. Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Capability to work in the New York City corporate office.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in CRM or marketing is beneficial.

Education

Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship.
