Bottega Veneta seeks CRM Analyst Intern in Milan to support EMEA customer relationship management and regional engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities across the region
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly reports analysis on key performance indicators including nationalities, prospects, sales to local, and merchandising CRM data
- Assist in coordinating events and initiatives while monitoring performance metrics including ROI calculation, conversion rates, and attendance
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials including newsletters, campaigns, event collateral and PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Maintain and update customer databases to support detailed reporting for all CRM projects
- Participate in store training sessions with the EMEA CRM team to ensure effective communication with Store Managers and coordinate CRM activities
- Collaborate with subregional Client Development Managers on regional CRM implementation and strategy
- Attend regular weekly and monthly meetings with Subregions and Country teams
- Provide administrative support and data entry assistance to the EMEA CRM team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Economics Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Available for a 6-month curricular internship
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); French is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with dynamic and proactive approach
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Student status with passion for luxury, sales, and marketing fields. No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with CRM concepts or business analytics is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics (currently enrolled)
