Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, update and archive HSE documentation (attendance sheets, training forms, safety documents).
- Verify completeness and currency of HSE records and assist in documentation control processes.
- Accompany HSE team during workplace inspections and site verifications.
- Support the HSE Manager in preparing and organising documentation required for certifications and audits.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of occupational health (organisation of medical visits) and safety training logistics.
- Perform operational office support tasks: document management, personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution, and data entry into company systems.
- Assist with on-site workplace safety activities such as organising evacuation drills and other preventive exercises.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or recent completion of a secondary or university programme in a technical, management or related discipline.
- Genuine interest in occupational health and safety and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Proven organisational aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professionalism, discretion and adherence to company procedures.
- Availability for occasional short-distance travel between sites as required.

Experience
No specific prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates with academic exposure to technical or managerial subjects and a demonstrable interest in workplace health and safety. Practical experience supporting administrative or coordination tasks is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school or university studies in a technical, managerial or related field (ongoing studies accepted).
