Bottega Veneta Hong Kong seeks a Part-time Communications Assistant to manage samples, support PR/events and prepare reports. Part-time (3 days/week preferred).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage showroom and sample inventory, including sending, receiving, tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate local and international sample rotations and logistics with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare presentation materials and regular reports for the communications team and commercial stakeholders.
- Support event preparation and coordinate production of collateral, display materials and onsite logistics.
- Assist with invoice processing, data input and basic financial record-keeping related to communications activities.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Communications Manager.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above; background in communications, public relations or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Chinese typing skills required.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to work part-time — ability to commit to three days per week is highly preferred.

Entry-level role; prior internship or early-career experience in communications, PR, showroom operations or sample logistics is desirable but not strictly required.
Education
Higher Diploma or above (communications, public relations or related fields preferred).
