Bottega Veneta is hiring a Client Advisor for its London Heathrow T5 store on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Bottega Veneta collections and share brand passion to build strong, lasting relationships
- Create joyful, personalized, and memorable client experiences in line with the brand's Client Journey
- Style ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories collections with a tailored approach to individual client needs
- Meet KPIs and sales targets whilst effectively closing sales with a goal-oriented mindset
- Embrace clienteling culture by developing long-term client relationships and utilizing various sales channels
- Manage time efficiently and contribute proactive ideas to optimize daily retail activities
- Provide support to colleagues and maintain a positive approach to teamwork
- Respect and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury retail and fashion trends
- Proven ability to deliver best-in-class client service and manage complex client interactions
- Proficiency in styling multiple product categories (ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories)
- Familiarity with sales channels and new retail technologies
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting sales targets
Skills
Experience
Retail or luxury brand experience is preferred, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or hospitality is a plus.
