Bottega Veneta in Hong Kong seeks a Part-time Client Engagement Assistant for events, gifting and CRM support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and support in-store client events including logistics, catering coordination and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage VIC client gifting allocation, propose gifting ideas and oversee local gifting production.
- Coordinate with vendors: handle sourcing, invoicing and vendor relationship management for events and gifting.
- Extract and dispatch targeted client lists from CRM for campaigns and store activations.
- Consolidate campaign and collection-launch results into standardized report templates and generate ad hoc CRM campaign reports.
- Prepare materials and performance information for regular business meetings and management reviews.
- Collect and summarise market intelligence and competitor activity for internal reporting.
Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work on-site approximately three days per week (highly preferred).
- Experience coordinating events, vendor relations or gifting logistics in a retail, luxury or client-facing environment is preferred.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail client services, CRM support, events coordination or a related marketing/operations role; prior exposure to luxury retail or clienteling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, hospitality or business is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, UAE.
