Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of client events, including invitations, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Implement and monitor CRM and event activity calendars.
- Assist the manager in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and internal presentations.
- Aid in the development and updating of departmental dashboards.
- Analyze the performance of executed actions and identify improvement opportunities based on client data.
- Collaborate with Retail teams and ensure smooth communication with boutiques.
- Participate in competitive analysis on loyalty and client experience initiatives in the luxury sector.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector, client relations, and event management.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
